Twice the leads. Half the counting.
Atlantic Source has designed and installed custom closets, garages and window treatments across Delaware since 2005. We've worked together since [2023] — first the website, then the ads, then the software the whole company now runs on. This is what changed.
Two problems, not one.
01 · Marketing
The site didn't bring in work.
It looked fine and it sat there. Nothing was running on Google, so the person searching “custom closets Delaware” at nine at night found somebody else. Twenty years of reputation, and the phone only rang on referrals.
02 · Operations
The work lived on paper.
Contracts were folders. A signed job meant printing, scanning, chasing. Counting the material for an install meant one person, a printed pull list and a warehouse afternoon — and if a part was missing, you found out on the jobsite.
A site built to book the call.
We rebuilt the site by hand around the one thing that matters — getting somebody to ask for a free consultation. Then we pointed Google Ads at the searches that actually convert, ran Meta alongside it, and kept the social accounts current so the brand looks alive when a homeowner checks.

We took the paper out of the business.
Quotes and contracts get built, sent, e-signed and paid in one place, and deposits and final payments run straight through it. When a job is scheduled, the crew sees it on their phone that morning — the address, who's on it, the plans, and the pull list. Counting material is tapping a number instead of marking a clipboard, and when something turns up damaged the office knows before the truck leaves the warehouse.

“The site actually brings in work now — it never did before. And we went from folders and clipboards to one system the whole company runs on, so I can see where every job stands without picking up the phone.”
