Sussex is really three markets sharing a county line. The resort coast, from Lewes through Rehoboth and Dewey down to Bethany and Ocean View, lives on visitors and second-home owners who search from out of state, weeks before they arrive. The Inland Bays and the Route 24 corridor around Millsboro and Long Neck are some of the fastest-growing ground in Delaware, filling with new homeowners who need every service there is. Inland, from the county seat at Georgetown out to Seaford and up to Milford, business runs on agriculture, industry and practices whose customers have known them for years. A site built for one of those buyers can be wrong for the next, which is why each town below has a page of its own.

Most agencies hand the software off to somebody else. Here it is drawn in the same studio as the site, so the two actually work together instead of merely matching in colour.
