We collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and do our work. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send you marketing you didn’t ask for.

When you use our contact or start form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone (optional), trade, and any message. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence. We may also collect basic, aggregate analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device type), which don’t identify you personally.

We use your information to respond to you, prepare a proposal, deliver the services you hire us for, and improve the site. That’s it.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend). We store your details only as long as needed to serve you and keep normal business records. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Our site may use minimal cookies and analytics (for example, Google Analytics) to understand traffic. If we run advertising for you, or you ask us to, a site may also include ad and conversion tools such as the Google Ads or Meta (Facebook) pixel, which set their own cookies to measure and target campaigns. You can block or clear cookies in your browser without breaking the site, and where the law requires it we’ll honor your consent choices.

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the business (email delivery, hosting, and any analytics or advertising platforms used on your behalf). They process data only to provide their service, under their own privacy terms.

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and meet legal or accounting obligations, then dispose of it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we’re required to keep. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain uses of your information, and we’ll honor those rights as the law requires. Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
